Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website P1AYB00K.COM(“Site”), booking a service, or participating in any program offered by P1AYB00K, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our Site or services.

 

Scope of Services

P1AYB00K provides mental performance consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • Individual sessions

  • Team/group sessions

  • The Reset Series

  • The Coaches Lab

  • Educational materials and online quizzes

Our services are designed for educational and performance enhancement purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and we recommend seeking professional medical advice for any such needs.

 

Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to engage in services without parental consent.

  • For clients under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must:

    • Sign a Confidentiality Agreement acknowledging how information will be handled.

    • Sign a Consent Form authorizing participation.

  • By using our Site or services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

 

Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect your privacy and protect client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Exceptions to confidentiality include situations where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.

 

Payment & Billing

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include ACH bank transfer, Zelle, and Venmo.

  • Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full.

  • All package sales are final after the first session is completed.

  • Unused sessions may be transferred to another client with prior approval but are not refundable.

  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

 

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided to clients.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, videos, exercises, and downloadable materials, is owned by or licensed to P1AYB00K.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

 

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Our Site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied.

  • We make no guarantees about results from participating in our services. Individual outcomes vary.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • P1AYB00K shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our Site or services.

  • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to discontinue use.

 

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to any client for breach of these Terms, inappropriate conduct, or other valid reasons.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
